CAB STATION is a Sustainable Multipurpose Center (hospitality, gastronomy, retail, art, recreation) that aims to energize, connect and add value to Gainesville’s Historic District, enhancing its role as a prime tourist destination in the North Texas region. It will also be the gathering spot for the local population.
The Project will be developed through the adaptive reuse of historical landmarks: “The Old Flour Mill Building” and “The Coca-Cola Bottling Plant”, among other buildings, comprising more than 105.000 SqF.
VIDAS 5200 MK is formed by 30 sustainable single-family Town-Homes, with areas between 1608 Sq F (Inside-row) and 1839 Sq F (End-row). They are organized in rows along the street, forming blocks of 3, 4, 5, and 6 units. Amenities include Club House, communal gardens, urban crops, dig park and a composter. To the North-East there is a multipurpose area, to the East there is a dog park. All these areas are connected with pedestrian walkways.
ESCAMPADERO is a luxury multi-family complex made up of 900 sustainable design - smart apartments built on a 50 Acres lot and financed by crowdfunding.
We developed a conceptual multifamily project where all VIDAS design principles were applied.
